Registration Process

Why do I need to register?

ROSEN concentrates on the individual requirements of each customer and  the unique challenges that pipeline operations face. It is our commitment to provide the best possible support to our customers. To be able to do this, basic information is required to ensure accurate order processing and shipping.  Your privacy is important to us, therefore ROSEN will not disclose or transfer any information to any third party. 

How do I register?

When registering as a new customer, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Register now" button on Home or on "My account" in the upper right area of the web site
2. Fill out the registration form (be sure to use a valid company email address, otherwise we may not be able to accept your registration).
3. You will receive a confirmation email. 
4. Once we have verified your account you will receive a second email confirming your new login.
5. You can then login on to the website and shop 24/7 to see the standard products we offer.

I still have problems with the registration.

If you couldn’t register,  please contact us if you continue to have problems.

I have not received an account creation confirmation email.

Make sure that the email address is valid and entered correctly.

I cannot see any prices on your website.

All technical and pricing information is available to customers with an active account on our webshop. Registration is quick and easy, simply click on the link to open the registration page.

What web browser do I need for the best shopping experience?

The web shop can be accessed with Google Chrome (recent version), Firefox (recent version) or Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher.

I cannot access the ROSEN shop.

Generally clearing the cache, especially deleting temporary files, will resolve the issue. If not, try using a different browser.

I cannot see prices when logged in.

Please open a page with detailed product information and go back to the list. Sometimes all prices are shown only after opening the first  item.

How do I choose the right size of cleaning pig?

All product specifications can be found under "Technical Data". Due to the nature of pipeline operations, we understand the complexity to assure effective and optimal cleaning. If you are not sure which tool would provide the best solution, please "Apply for Call back" or use our contact form and one of our experts will contact you shortly to assist you further.

How do I choose the right cleaning pig configuration?

The configuration is determined by the purpose of pigging (e.g. during construction, commissioning, batching or operational cleaning). For operational pigging the pig configuration depends on the condition of pipeline. ROSEN has assembled some standard configurations that meet most requirements. Some pigs are equipped with cups or brushes to remove debris, scale and residues, magnets collect ferrous debris or gauging plates are included for pig passage verification.

Order Placement and Shipping

What happens after I place my order?

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

At the moment sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs will be calculated after we receive your order and will appear on your official invoice. This invoice will be sent to you in a separate email..

How can I to pay for my order?

ROSEN offers several ways to complete your payment (if you are a prequalified customer).

Is prepayment required for orders?

For new customers, prepayment (via money order) is required on all purchases. For existing customers orders are accepted if the account has already been set up with ROSEN.

Is sales tax applicable on my order?

Sales tax is based on the tax regulations of the state, county and city where the product is delivered and the type of product purchased. This will be added to your order, if applicable.

How long will it take for my order to get shipped?

We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-5 business days. 

Can you provide expedited shipment?

We understand that unexpected or unforeseen events can happen. If you need expedited shipping, please navigate to the Tailored Solution section on our webshop. Do you ship internationally?

Currently only orders from the U.S. can be placed through the web shop. You can contact your local ROSEN sales manager to purchase ROSEN Cleaning  Pigs.
