ROSEN's abrasion resistant sealing discs provide a tight seal within the pipeline to drive the pig forward through the pipeline with the flow of the medium. The forward motion is supported by the differential pressure between the front and back of the tool. ROSEN's sealing discs provide best in class sealing capabilities. These discs are made of ROSEN's unique RoPlasthan® 1100 polyurethane and have a hardness of 65 Shore A.
