Cup pigs may be used in the first phase of cleaning campaigns where a large amount of debris is expected. ROSEN’s cup pigs offer excellent cleaning results, but inferior cleaning compared to disc pigs, and they have only unidirectional run capabilities. The cups of this pig are made of ROSEN's unique polyurethane brand RoPlasthan® 1200 and have a hardness of 75 and 85 Shore A. ROSEN's RoPlasthan® urethane material, especially developed for pipeline cleaning and inspection purpose, offers highest wear resistance and therefore offers superior cleaning and sealing ability.
